The student led Natural Sciences and Math (NSM) Student Action team explores the experiences of STEM majors and suggests ways our labs and classrooms can be made more inclusive and equitable. By welcoming students’ voices and experiences into such conversations the team hopes to foster a more inclusive science and math culture at St. Olaf.
