San Francisco Oles: Nordic Waffles & Lefse!

Celebrate Spring with St Olaf friends and family for an afternoon of Nordic Waffles and Lefse! Let’s make some lefse again and add Nordic Heart Waffles to our Scandinavian baking day. Delicious Norwegian waffles are topped with sour cream, whipped cream, jam, berries, or even chocolate.
This is a potluck-style event, so bring a beverage or appetizer to share. Toppings and other treats will be provided.
What to Bring
- Attendees should bring a mixing bowl and kitchen towel.
- Attendees should bring a sweet tooth.
- Attendees should bring friends!
- (Optional) Attendees may bring a lefse turner, rolling pin, and/or a lefse griddle if they have one.
- (Optional) Attendees may bring / wear an apron.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, March 8 from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
- Location: 440 9th Street, Suite B, San Francisco, CA, 94103
- Parking: There is plenty of free and metered street parking available on our street and the surrounding streets.
- Arrival Instructions: The space is easily identifiable by a navy blue door with a “440 9th Street Suite B” sign. Once you enter, climb the stairs, and our space will be visible.
