To be considered a retiree of St. Olaf, faculty and staff must be age 55 and above with 5 or more years of service on the last day of employment.

St. Olaf provides a Retirement Health Savings Plan (RHSP), administered by Emeriti and TIAA. The RHSP (also known as VEBA) dollars can be used to pay for Medicare premiums, health-related expenses and more.
