Request Student Organization Funding!
The Involvement Board and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board hear funding requests on a rolling basis from student organizations. Multicultural organizations are funded by the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board, and the Involvement Board funds all other organizations. The process for requesting funding is outlined below.
STEP 1
Create a Budget
Research different price options before finalizing the amount of money requested. Fill in this spreadsheet template. create your own version.
Make sure you are not requesting items that we cannot fund!

STEP 2
Complete the Funding Application
Fill out the online application and wait for a response from the Secretary of Involvement or DEI.
You can also find the application by going to the Finance tab on Presence and clicking “Create Allocation”.
STEP 3
Attend a Funding Meeting
Attend a Board funding meeting to present your funding request and answer questions.
The Involvement Board will meet Mondays from 3-4 in BC 143
DEI Board Meetings are from 4:30-5:30 PM on the following dates: 2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 3/25, 4/8, 4/22, 5/6 in BC 143
If approved, funding will be transferred to your account. Any spending questions can be directed to the OSA.
