• Student Refund Request Form
  • Request refund online through SIS portal:
  • Go to “Financials” tab
  • Select “Account Refund Request” from the dropdown menu
  • Complete online form and submit
• Enroll in Direct Deposit for refunds or Apply Student Earnings to your Student Account: Payment Authorization Form – this form must be submitted through our secure document exchange using your St. Olaf email.
  • Submit the Payment Authorization Form to apply student work earnings to your student account “Tuition Deduction” or request that student earnings be directly deposited to your bank account.
